Hiring Baroni as a consultant looks good to shareholders and provides cover to the BoD. He also provides a person to blame when/if nothing good comes from advise provided by Baroni. Perhaps PTSC will file suite against Baroni one day as well. Nothing would surprise me at this point in time.

Wasn't RG paid off by PTSC to silence him?
