Stan,

I am so disappointed at your withdrawal. I was excited ....hopeful. I thought, perhaps, with your leadership, we might have a fighting chance at changing this downward spiral.

Yes, the BoD might pull this company out of the fire, as they now seem to be fighting for us, but history has shown us that there is no champion for shareholder interests ..... and WE NEED ONE!

Please reconsider.
