From the count of licenses it would appear that some have not been announced. And we know at least one from April that hasn't. Corrections welcomed.

It would appear that there was licensing activity which the court has blocked from our view. Licensing may well be continuing, just blocked from our view until dispute is settled. If so then the liklihood is that PDS continues to be funded. Is that a logical probablility? What do others think?
