Something smells rotten to me only I can't figure it out by myself. Doesn't it concern you that certain investor groups named in PTSC filings, have been sued for the very things we (shareholders) are worried about. As Brian pointed out, in one instance the plaintiff lost. what about the other? I believe that Barbara Schaffer may have more information that could prove to be useful. This is especially true if she won the case. Better to be pro-active. Perhaps some of our legal experts might contact Ms. Schaffer and/or her attorney(s) to find out if we could/should take action.

No point to argue here....just dig for information that might be useful (or not).
