Maybe the Patriot BoD can still look in the mirror but, at some far off January shareholder meeting, will they be able to look in your eyes?

In spite of the overwhelming failures the last four years, the directors are willing to go to any corporate expense to preserve their seats. Why would they not welcome a concerned, supportive investor that represents a substantial number of shares and the best interests of all shareholders?

DO THE MATH.

From reading this board, they know that three to five of them would very likely be outvoted. To me, this means they are putting their own interests ahead of the shareholders.
