It would appear that the "company" will do anything to maintain the status quo with our board of directors. Why not allow you, Stan Caplan or anyone else who might be remotely qualified run for a board seat? This is especially true, if those running are willing to not collect a paycheck while they try to turn this company around for all of us. I have to think that Johnson, Felcyn and Faulk are really afraid they might lose their seats and perhaps for good reason.
