Folks, if the people in charge of the house at PTSC were doing their job, we would not have to go to court in the first place.

If those in control/power at PTSC were doing their job, any illegal activities that occurred then remedy them at that time

Do you actually believe that TPL would have held up their hands, said, "Ooooops, sorry", and redressed the situation?

They have gone to court as part of doing their job.
