With his previous experience in financing PTSC and outspoken criticism of the current BoD, who better to opine the benefits, or otherwise, of a similar deal at this moment in time than one seeking election to the BoD with the avowed intent of increasing shareholder value?
As with Swartz, Caplan is to be lauded for providing what I have suggested many times in the past as being the only form of financing available given the parlous state of PTSC at that time. But it is interesting that only S&L are ever singled out, from over 20, as the warrant holders "whose use of warrants seems to have been a part of systematically reducing our share price over the years", and if ronran has evidence that none of the other warrant holders availed themselves of the price resets, I'd be happy to review it.
Incidentally, Mr Caplan, with his wealth of advising and participating in financings over the years should be ideal in providing various financing options for discussion on here should the "sharpened pencil" scenario ever come into fruition. However, any input from financiers like Mr Caplan would be more than welcome.
I am always grateful for any advice given, but as to my DD, please rest assured that I am fully satisfied with the information that I already have.
