So - to be clear on this..

Are you confirming that you are categorically stating that, in your educated legal opinion, TPL is in breach if the master agreement ?

Or are you saying that TPL is possibly in breach of an agreement which may or may not be the master agreement ?

Or are you simply observing that if you spin at the same speed as everyone else, they appear to be standing still..?

I'm sure a straight answer is out of the question, but one can hope, I suppose...
