I'm worried about TPL being a private company and not having to report earnings. (Not governed by SEC rules and regulations.)

No telling how their business is being run? Insiders could be milking that company dry.

In simple words...I do not trust them, never did!

Neither did Chuck Moore and he was, and is a big part of the problem. Burned up 40 million or more on Green Arrays project.

Should have waited for his ship to come in before burning all that cash. Now they are slapping each other over money problems and meanwhile the infringers just wait for the whole thing to self distruct. Why would you voluntarily buy a license? It takes money to get your justice in America. I wouldn't even call it justice, but to only get a bunch of lawyers to squabble over dotted "I's" and crossed "T's" and sign the paperwork.
