Incorrect, the question makes perfect sense.

"It is not the BoD's job to monetize the MMP"

And therein lies the fallacy of your argument. To suggest that it is not the responsibility of the BoD to monetize our greatest asset is nothing short of stunning. It is their complete responsibility, and likely their greatest responsibility.

"I suspect the intended question is more at "what has the BoD done with the income from the MMP to enhance shareholder value?".

An incorrect an assumption; that is another issue different from the issue I raised.

You get an F in this attempt to defend the BoD, but perhaps an A for effort. :)
