Yes, the BoD is a valid concern/issue/problem. Is that clear enough?

Now, tell me how that problem could be resolved, realistically.

I will take issue with your characterization that they mismanaged ALL the money. Share buy-backs were good. Getting rid of the outstanding warrants was good. Some would argue that the dividends were good. Acquisitions - highly questionable.

Their compensation, and the compensation packages for the management they've hired and fired, those are the egregious squanderings IMO. Pay for Baroni & co., TBD.

But I repeat, complaining about the BoD is a complete waste of time, and a detriment to your investment.
