Just imagine the re-certifications are done. Now the six hundred companies are forced to pay or they incur treble damages. Six hundred companies pay an average of fifteen million dollars each within the span of a year and Patriot receives fifty percent. With a PE of 10 to 15 what is patriot worth per share? It’s just one possible scenario. I don’t think anyone is sure how it will play out but once the recertifications are finished I believe it’s a whole new ball game.
