This review wasn't done for the '584 and '336 (90/008,237) which have the NIRC.

I, too am speculating that they want to certify all at the same time like was similarly done in Germany. That sure would put an end to things litigation-wise (much to the relief of the judges). The '890 reex (Pokrzywa is the examiner) is in early stages so office actions there would be quite telling if the hunch has merit. IMHO
