Don't think the comma matters, but it doesn't help. Still do not see the request. I know now that it was indeed there to read since I found an earlier post in which I commented that if the examiner accepts our latest amended filing, the same arguments would apply against all the new prior art in that request.

Looking to get some confimation that the PTO indeed pulled the blanket over the reexam request detail. I suspect it is now one of those NPL files.

Can anyone confirm that this indeed has happened?
