I have been in this stock for over ten years. I have been long all that time. However I have been fortunate to have sold a certain percentage at various times with a very nice return. I also have purchased addtional shares at times of distress in the share price. Once again in the past this has proved fortuitous. As Wolf pointed out this am we have half of our market cap in cash at the present time.

And to answer your question....yes I think buying now is a time for the bold as I believe that unless we find out that the company is "tragically and fatally" wounded by this ruling the current share price is attractive to say the least.

Of course this is just my opinion
