I think your response is right on target. Now I do not have to write anything.

Key point is that PTSC does not have the staff to do all things needed to enforce patents. Why build a reduntant staff when a more efficient approach would be to have a strategic partnership with, ugh dare I say it, TPL. While TPL is toxic to most people here they are equiped to just do what is needed to enforce patents.

Oh, I am going to pay for this!!!! Folks, please be kind, I'm very fragile. LOL!
