Perhaps your right, the company may have also factored in the detailed discussions that take place here and decided it was best to distance themselves.

Does anyone know if Biajj actually resigned his position? Considering the company announced his appointment to the position a few years ago, I would assume they would now acknowledge that he stepped down, if he in fact did. May be it would appear in the next SH letter.
