I think I get where you're coming from.... "Who's to blame?"

But you'd have to admit, this is a PTSC discussion forum, so the "likely suspect" would be PTSC. Especially considering that some talk of "sources close to the company".

But I agree - perhaps difficult to prove to the Judge's satisfaction as to which party allowed the breach. I just wouldn't want to be the origin of any such action. At minimum, PTSC would suffer the cost of responding to the allegation. And our credibility may be placed in question in the mind of JW - with the case with the T3 headed his way. It wouldn't be good, regardless of the outcome of the allegation.
