In my humble opinion Dutton was burned on their last optimistic estimate of PTSC performance. Of course it nearly hit their target for a day if I remember sometime just after or before the settlements. Burn me once learning experience, Burn Me Twice My Bad. Must be something increasing the percent possibility in their minds that something has changed for the better. This comes on the happening of stalled licenses and little excess cash. What could be driving their optimism???
