RG since you stated that all financial obligations have been met is there anything else concerning the settlement that would still be considered confidental?

Please don't play games. The terms granted and business resolution, and MOU,if they are not of significance, are very misleading and should be clarified in your next S/H letter. Are they still pertinent?

Either there is something to those terms, or they were used to mislead.Inquiring minds what to know!
