In an effort to steer the direction away from the personalites of the point/counterpoint of the recent days, I'd like to ask a quesiton based on the issues.

With respect to the M&A, and RG's voiced desire to complete something before the end of the year. With a large portion of PTSC's cash now in an illiquid investment (at least for the time frame concerned) how do you see him utilizing this cash for M&A, or for completing an M&A without the cash, but without major dilution?
