That's what I'm saying ... they've placed themselves in a "no lose" situation. NDA's are great BUT when it comes to income and not having to state it specifically (e.g. ABC company agreed to pay us X dollars for a license fee) there affords many opportunites to tweak the distribution. One for you.... two for me ... one for you ....three for me...
