All hypothetical of course but, for some reason, I see a reverse merger of TPL into PTSC happening, instead of a TPL buyout. Not that I think it will occur, but RG does note his desire to make use of PTSC's public listing. There are private enterprise owners who would no doubt relish the idea of substantial stock price appreciation once the floodgates are opened.
