and RS on the board in prep for M&A? I think so. IMHO, they are working out details as we speak of the M&A. IMHO, the TPL group is busy getting all of their ducks in a row--take a look at what they have accomplished in the last couple of years. I am not saying that our M&A will be with TPL (it could be, however), but I do think it will be one that will benefit both of us. RG asked for patience from the SH's--it may be that he is working on getting some of the old BoD members now. Keep in mind that people like RG and RS don't take positions on in a co. that has no future--and, I don't think that either one of them would want to stay on the OTC for any longer than was absolutely needed.
