Decision merging proceedings. Can't help getting excited, if it is what we think it is.

In hindshight, if a bigger settlement was tied to USPTO success, then the present hardship may well be worthwhile. Might TPL have bet heavily based on what they (and only they) knew with respect to status of the reexams? Brilliance or recklessness?

And even if the Js settlment was what we saw in the quarterly(for whatever reason, and I can understand it), if we should be successful with the 336 and 148, that is the make or break PTSC future. It will matter little what the Js settlemet was anymore. All IMHO Opty
