I tend to agree; and I sure hope that is the case.  We need to know whether there is more to the story that might involve future income/payments related to the settlement.  Hopefully we get some forthright information in that regard.  I don't need to necessarily know what the future amounts might be, if there are going to be any, but just an acknowledgment that one or more of the following exist:  contingency payments, installment payments, royalty payments etc.....
