Link to anything "official" regarding a "blackout period"? Won't find any such thing, IMO, because IMO it simply doesn't exist (beyond the note from JT that you referenced).

Response to the Letter from Shareholders? While I suppose it could come at any time, I suspect the timeframe in question would be any time between now and 15-20 April. Does that help? LOL

Now, I wonder if this post or my prior one today will prompt a Violation email from Agora? I've gotten two in the last couple of days. Guess I am just too positive about my investment here, and too willing to call a spade a spade (the suit of cards - for those looking really hard for something to ding me for). I KNOW it ain't you Wolf, or you Moxa. They can go aHead and get me booted - a loss for them and probably a "blessing is disguise" for me!
