Minuteman, ya know....I was thinking about the shareholder letter and why they brought up the dividend issue, if in fact they were not going to issue one at this time. Could mean absolutely nada and could suggest many things.

They are aware of shareholder displeasure with rewarding Swartz. Perhaps, they will save this shareholder bonus to reward a potentialM&A candidate and thus be used in negotiations as a plus. It would just deplete a cash reserve which will be needed to acquire and then fund that investment. Perhaps, all the recent licenses did not substantially build the warchest and the settlement is structured in such a way as not to provide big bucks right away. Maybe, they realize cash is king in light of the warning issued in regard patent reform and deals appear to be slowing down. Who knows? Just wondering.
