As a side bar to Ron's estimated 23,000 share holders, per PTSC comments. My shares are in three seperate accounts. Is this how shareholders are determined - by account? If so many on this board likely have multiple accounts. 23,000/ 3 = possibly only 7666 shareholders??

Tough to judge the number of shareholders by the number of accounts. For example, I own PTSC in two accounts. However, my wife owns it through her investment club which has one account but over 30 "owners."
