Besides like I've said 50/60M shares sounds good but little over 11% is not that meaningful when you consider 500M shares outstanding.

So ... the impact that Swartz has had while holding a comparable number of shares is also "not that meaningful"? IMO, shareholders representing 11% of shares outstanding can have a considerable impact.
