I have to disagree with the idea that nothing they do will change the share price, as I think if they were to sign a license with Toyota, GE and Dell, I'd sure betcha that the share price would change!  Perhaps it's less likely that will happen than PTSC remaining silent until the next 10q filing, but certainly there are many things PTSC can do to positively and/or negatively affect the share price.  For starters, the relative silence from 12/18 to today is something the did that changed the shareprice.  Unfortunately, it was for the worse, not the better.  Hoping the letter begins the reversal of that trend.
