You seem to get on edge when the possibility of PTSC being bought out comes up.

You have to admit that it is a possibility, and a very strong possibility.

I see the possibility of PTSC's 50% share of PDS being purchased, and I have no problem with that at all subject to a fair price. I still fail to see any viable financial logic in buying out PTSC. You suggested that the J's might have entered a business relationship with TPL, to the exclusion of PTSC, in settlement of the litigation. Yes, that might be possible, but probable? No way!

What might have been intended and what was posted does not support your argument, in my very humble opinion.
