Okay, I'll grant you your endeavor may have merit. Just don't suggest that there was a possibility of wrongdoing in PTSC's reporting when you don't have sufficient knowledge to make such assessment.

As for your search, good luck. I sure wouldn't hang my hat on the "15% of company assets" (as I recall it) threshold. Assuming that PTSC had $50M (high number) in net assets at the time of the "event", that would only be $7.5M. We KNOW we've had licenses for greater amounts than that without financial reporting at the time (shortly after) those events.

But maybe you'll find something else more useful....
