I'n not sure we can know the answer to this in view of prior behavior of our insiders.  My recollection might be wrong, but I can't recall any of these people making any trades of PTSC stock (I'm not sure conversion of options counts in this context), with money out of their own pockets, over the last several years   ---   one exception might be a small purchase by Dr. Falk (I think), but I don't know whether it was in a time frame that would have been sensitive to any licensing deal.

In any event, April will be interesting one way or the other.  As always, we shall see.
