What you could be missing is the fact that nothing is reveived yet, so, the material event has not happened yet. Yes a settlement is reached but for something to happen in the not to distant future. Then, when $ are taken in , that would be the material event ...........However , if they are taken in over time (ongoing royalties) then that would not be a material event IMO, no need to report untill the quarter report.

That is the only thing that makes sense to me.
