I like the way you think.

MY main point is when the quarter info. is out why not ptsc mgmt. start loading up on the share buy back. As you pointed out in your scenario (very realistic imo) a big plus for ptsc stock. As the stock increases in valuation so does the opportunity for ptsc to do more on the aquisition front etc.

I also agree with you that ptsc does not have to buy a boatload to get the ball start rolling. So once again I hope ptsc will buy when it is allowed. I am very curious were all the shares would come from if ptsc bought a significant amount of shares.
