is an option, or that this is part of insider trading? Can JT or PTSC pr share buyback as company news without jepordazing NDA?

Thanks I don't want to read every post here, so I appreciate if anyone knows for a fact the terms of share buy back vs. NDA etc.

 Some here have given numbers as to last count of share buy backs, and others have interpret that share buy back is still an option availble to mgmt. I am confused.

PTSC management some guidance on this issue would be greatly appreciated.....Thank you in advance.
