I am expecting at least $90 million to PSTC. My reasoning is doubling Fuijitsu's settlement for each of the J3. It is just a rule of thumb in my mind. If there are other complexities to the settlement it could affect the amounts. Not necessarily defining a win, just what I am expecting. IMO a "win" would be defined as an amount that would cause all claimed infringers to forego any kind of litigation. None of us could ever know this amount, as I am sure the amount would even vary from one infringer to the next. How a win may be defined in the minds of potential investors is a whole other matter. I am sure you know the difference.
