Does is seem reasonable to anyone that Swartz could be the reason we haven't had any M/A news??

Swartz has the right to approve/disapprove any and all M/A deals until his right expires 5/31/08.

Could it be that Swartz wants (say 10 Million) more shares to approve a currently good M/A deal? After all, he got 7 Million more shares for agreeing to sell his warrants. Wouldn't put it past him!!!!!

Additionally, he continues (IMO) to dump shares into ever positvive news event. Question is: how many does he have left and will we begin to trade like a normal stock once he is out of the picture???
