Turley is in a tricky situation, thats for sure. IMO, the point is that his comments arn't without a real information which is of interest for a investor/a shar holder!

We all know that facts and figures are our biggest problem. Like today, we've gotten a new signing which is great. But that's it. Next filing will show us if it was a great signing or just a few $. I've thought to see more information after a solution in Tx.
