I thought we might get flooded with signings after the settlement was reached. "It was raining heavily in December." Do you think the PTSO re-exams are damming the rivers? Sorry if this was already discussed ad-nauseam. A patent lawyer might know the answer or at least have an "educated" guess.

We actually have received news of signings during market hours but as Ads has pointed out, we've recenlty received news of signings before or after the bell - and Friday does seem to be a popular day for these announcements. A small company buying a license won't do much - we need to hear that a "big boy" has bought a license.
