I don't disagree and my expectations are very grounded. My fear is derived mainly from the expectations created by TPL's own PR releases. All the talk of licensing ramping up and the results of a strong Markman coming to fruition, make me think investors want to see strong numbers. If one is to believe that we brought the J's to their knees, I would find it hard to believe enough changed between the time of settlement with Philips and the J's to warrant any substantial discount. As I said my expectations are fully grounded in reality. I still expect/hope to see some signs of the ever increasing position that TPL is supposedly in per their words not mine.
