While I agree with the general synopsis of your post, IMO, people aren't giving enough importance to this Q. Thanks to the public records posted here, we were able to get some idea of what TPL wanted from Philips. If we dealt with the J's from a position of strength I would fully expect that to be reflected in the Philips and TEAC numbers. If we see anything lower than the $22 million mentioned in the filings I'm not sure how one is suppose to accept that as positive. I'm being realistic about expectations. I also realize that this Q holds some potential foreshadowing of things to come, I hope. IMO.
