Dear Omagine Investors,

For the sake of clarity, please see the 10 year chart below showing that the OMAG stock price was never at $4.00 before the stock-split as asserted by Qwerty1029 in a posting on this board today. In fact just before the stock split it was $0.10 per share – the equivalent post-split value being therefore $0.50 – which is what holders of stock at the time of the split should compare it to for the correct analysis. Of course their purchase price may have been higher than the $0.10 at the time of the split – but the “appreciation” of the stock since the split is equal to the excess over $0.50.

And there’s about 50% more stock outstanding today then there was at the time immediately following the split - when there was approximately 10 million shares outstanding.
