The Micro Signet Router filtering and blocking system sounds good to me. Just heard on the radio(yes there are still radios and they sometimes do have good info)that when PayPal officially splits off from Ebay their new user agreement states that they can use the info gathered, their affiliates can use it, they can sell it to if they want and, get this, you CANNOT opt out. Micro Sig filtering system to the rescue!
