I like your post, thoughtful and informative, I just have one tweak if you will. So far, we have been collecting settlement monies for past infringement of flash patents that are close to expiration--monies rightly collected but sort of yesterday's news. Although we could be close to our first settlement for Nunchi, it has not happened yet and not sure what is going on with MS. The market is a forward looking mechanism and so far we are trying to capitalize on the past. Hopefully the Nunchi settlement negotiations will come to fruition and Fred et al can then market Edig as an investment of the future. So he is not too late yet, but better have a plan ready to put in place for the very near future.
