I am technically ignorant, but I know the Micron attorneys are not. I believe that the Micron attorneys are not dealing with the technical stuff because they know it is all on our side. So they deal with the nebulous stuff like intent. How the heck does one rule on the intent that is or is not in someone else's mind. It is their only shot and I sure hope it does not work. Does not seem Judge Huff is buying any of it--good for her.
