As usual your post was well written. I did not get the feeling Micron was presenting or even interested in what your post says. Absolutely nothing you refer to was brought up. Maybe it was just because it was a discovery hearing and what you say will be front and center in further hearings', trial...etc...

The hearing last an hour and 20 minutes.....20 minutes of that was concentrated on "INTENT". I just got my uneducated and probably wrong feeling that is the ENTIRE course Micron is going to follow.

I wish I could remember a couple of "blurbs" by Micron which showed the tendency they are going with for their defense but it is nowhere near your technical expertise on the what is what with the patents. In fact the more I can recall almost no technical aspects of anything was brought up...
