Indeed.

So with all these Flash-R settlements, could it be Handal's plan to never go to trial, but just use whatever Flash-R settlement dollars they can get to fund litigation for Nunchi?

In some sense I'd rather see them take Dropcam all the way to court and try to substantiate the IP that has more time left on the clock. Flash-R is yesterday. Nunchi is the future.
